Please authorize us to charge the total cost of order including shipping and insurance charges to your Visa or Master Card . Please indicate the card you shall use, its numbers appearing on card, expiration date, and the address of the credit card.

If you are a first time "mail order or on-line" customer, or if you are using a new or different credit card for the first time at A.Andrews & Co (Mail Order) Ltd., upon completing your order, you must fax or e-mail a copy of both sides of your credit card to our fax number (852) 2763-7901. Your card will be charged and the merchandise committed upon submission of your order .

2. Bank Draft or Cheque
¡@ When sending a bank draft or cheque, please always include cost of goods, shipping and insurance charge. If you pay by a US dollar cheque that is required to be drawn on a bank outside USA, please add US$15 per cheque to cover the bank charges for encashment of the cheque. Any overpayment will be refunded.
